Yes, until it goes into production. Use the link in your order confirmation email to edit or cancel it. Once production has started, the order can no longer be changed.

Your order ships after 3 to 5 business days of production. Within the United States, delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days, so 6 to 12 business days in total. International orders arrive 2 to 4 weeks after production.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Many orders start with a carrier such as DHL or UPS and are handed to a local carrier such as USPS for the last stretch. The tracking number may only follow the first carrier, so the package can still be on its way.

Yes. Production can take longer during busy periods, such as the holidays or a large new drop.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees. Depending on your location, checkout either collects the duty up front or shows a notice about possible import fees. Any duties are your responsibility, whether collected at checkout or on delivery.

Every order has a quality guarantee. If there is a print error or a visible quality issue, the item is replaced or refunded. Use Contact support with your order number. When Navid’s team replies, send a clear photo of the issue on a flat, well-lit surface.

No. Every piece is made to order for you, so general returns and sizing returns are not accepted. Check the size guide on each product before you order.

You have 30 days after your order arrives to report a quality issue.

Checkout accepts credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Depending on your country, you may also see Klarna, Afterpay or a local payment method.

Prices show in your local currency when the store supports it, and checkout charges in that same currency. Your bank may still add its own conversion fee.
